New Information Expected in Harmony Montgomery Case

News 9 Investigates is expecting significant new information to be released Tuesday about the homicide of Harmony Montgomery.

A judge granted a motion that was filed by WMUR to unseal the affidavit.

The affidavit is expected to contain details about how Harmony died and what her father, Adam Montgomery, allegedly did with her remains.

Police said the Manchester girl disappeared in 2019.

In December 2021, Manchester police issued a missing persons report after Harmony had not been seen for two years.

In August 2022, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office declared Harmony a victim of a homicide.
