NH House Passed Mandatory Court Appearance Bill

The New Hampshire house passed a bill Thursday that requires Adam Montgomery to attend his sentencing on May 9th.

He was convicted last month for the 2019 murder of his five-year-old daughter Harmony.

Montgomery did not attend the trial and indicated he doesn’t plan to be at his sentencing.

The bill has gone to the Senate.
