NH Red Cross Volunteers Helping With Ida Response

New Hampshire Red Cross volunteers are in New Orleans to assist in the restoration efforts.

The organization said on ‘Good Morning NH’, they are in the disaster assessment stage, and volunteers could be there for weeks up to months.

Louisiana communities battered by Hurricane Ida are now dealing with the possibility of weeks without power.

Ida ravaged the region’s power grid, and state officials say they don’t know when power would return.
