NH’s Voter ID Law Faces Legal Challenge

The voter ID law signed by Governor Chris Sununu last month is facing a legal challenge.

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a federal a lawsuit on behalf of voting rights groups and some individuals.

Supporters argue the new law promotes election integrity; opponents claim it will disenfranchise people who have a right to vote.
