Pilot Hospitalized Following Friday Morning Plane Crash in Londonderry

A pilot is hospitalized after his small plane crashed behind a Londonderry neighborhood home shortly after dawn on Friday.
First responders say the pilot, who was alone in the aircraft, called 9-1-1 shortly after the twin-prop cargo plane came down off Colonial Drive around 7:30 a.m.
The as-yet-unidentified pilot, who was alone in the aircraft, was rushed to a Boston hospital with serious injuries.
No one was hurt on the ground, and no area homes were damaged.
Cause of the crash is under investigation.
