Slight Drop in New Hampshire Home Prices

There’s a slight drop in the median price for a house in the Granite State for the first time since January.
The price for a single-family house in July was $530,000, $8,000 less than in June.
The median sale price for condominiums was about $7,000 less last month than in June.
The New Hampshire Association of Realtors also reported a slight increase in inventory and noted that mortgage rates are trending downward.
