State Police and First Responders Raising Fentanyl Awareness

State Police and first responders are working together to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl.

Data shows there were 430 deadly drug overdoses in the Granite State in 2023, and 85% of them involved substances that had fentanyl inside them.

Authorities say fentanyl is often found inside fake pills that are wrongly labeled as something else like Percocet or oxycodone.

Just two milligrams of the drug can be fatal.
