Stewart Filed to Run for Manchester Mayor

Will Stewart filed Monday to run for mayor in Manchester.
He’s a three-term Alderman who says no one has a lock on the mayor’s office and he feels positive about his chance.
Jay Ruais filed last week, and others have said they intend to get into the race.
Incumbent Mayor Joyce Craig is running for governor.
