Suspects in Alleged August 20th Beating Outside Concord Bar Released on Bond

Three men accused of attacking a man and a woman last month in Concord are out of bond.

Court officials say Matayo Riley, Sincere Thomas, and Evan Bailey were released Friday after each pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including felony riot, for their alleged roles in the pre-dawn, August 20th attack.

Both victims were injured.

The woman was hospitalized with an open head wound and serious bruising.

A court date in the case is pending.
