Testimony to Continue in Manchester Malavet Trial

Testimony is expected to continue in the criminal trial of Victor Malavat.

It is alleged Malavat used his position of authority at the former New Hampshire Youth Detention Center in Manchester to sexually assault a then 16-year-old girl back in 2001.

But Malavat’s lawyer says that did not happen and that the victim is just interested in getting money.

Malavat is facing a dozen charges and wasn’t arrested until 2021.

The trial is scheduled to take several days to complete.
