Tourism Officials: Three-Million Winter Visitors Expected in New Hampshire
Roughly three million people are forecast to visit the Granite State this winter and spend a lot of money while they’re here.
The New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism has released a report estimating those visitors will add upwards of $1.5 billion dollars to the state’s economy.
Authorities say the rebound might boost visitor numbers to the point where they would exceed pre-pandemic levels.
Those predictions are based on strong growth in the New England economy, as well as high expectations for winter activities like skiing and snowboarding.
