Vigil in Franklin for Two Murder Victims

A vigil was held in Franklin Tuesday night for a mother and daughter murdered over the weekend.
35-year-old Nicole Hughes and her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Ariella, were shot and killed by the child’s father, 42-year-old Jaime Bell on Saturday.
He was later found dead on the banks of the Merrimack River.
Police said Bell had a criminal record dating back 15-years.
