11-Year-Old Recovering Following a Fentanyl Overdose in Nashua

An 11-year-old girl is recovering after overdosing on fentanyl.

According to authorities, the girl was home with another child at a residence on Underhill Street in Nashua last week.

That’s when she found drugs in the room of 31-year-old Tyler Greenhalgh and ingested them.

First responders used Narcan to save the girl’s life.

Greenhalgh is charged with having a controlled substance and child endangerment.
