Election Day is just five days away, and a new poll shows the race for New Hampshire governor is tight. The Saint Anselm College Survey Center has Republican Kelly Ayotte ahead of Democrat Joyce Craig by three points. That’s the same advantage Ayotte had during another poll conducted earlier this month. The two women took part in a debate last night and discussed issues including homelessness and the economy. Whoever wins the race takes over for Governor Sununu who isn’t seeking another term.
A new poll gives Vice President Kamala Harris a five point lead over former President Donald Trump in New Hampshire, 51-to-46 percent. The Saint Anselm College Survey Center poll of two-thousand-791 likely voters was taken this past Monday and Tuesday. The margin of error is one-point-nine percent.
Former President Bill Clinton will be making a return trip to the Granite State. Clinton is expected to be in New Hampshire Friday to show support for the White House bid of current Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. He will also be campaigning on behalf of fellow Democrats whose names are also on the ballot. The exact details of Clinton’s visit haven’t been made public.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro calls the governor’s race in New Hampshire the most important one in the country. He made campaign stops yesterday in Bedford and Concord on behalf of Democrat Joyce Craig. The Boston Globe reported Shapiro said he’s hopeful and optimistic about Craig’s candidacy.
