Student Fishing Derby to Benefit Veterans

Wyatt Varney, a junior at Prospect Mountain High School in Alton, was a guest on the Good Morning New Hampshire Show on The Pulse of a New Hampshire today.

He talked about a fishing derby that he and his friends have organized to benefit New Hampshire veterans.

Wyatt wants the proceeds from his Ice Fishing Derby, slated for Saturday, February 17th on Suncook Lake in Barnstead from sunrise to 3:30pm, to benefit this important group of people.

Tickets are just $15 per entry, and all proceeds benefit Veterans Count, part of EasterSeals NH.
