One Gun Control Bill Still Pending

There’s only one gun control bill still pending in the New Hampshire Legislature.

The House passed legislation that would add certain mental health records to firearms background checks.

The Senate Judiciary Committee has scheduled a public hearing on the bill Tuesday.

Last Thursday the Senate defeated a bill that would have prohibited guns on school grounds and buses.
