1 Dead, 1 Hospitalized Following Saturday-Morning House Fire in Nashua

One person is dead and another is hospitalized in Boston following Saturday morning’s house fire in Nashua.

Fire officials say crews found the home on 26 Cross Street heavily engulfed in flames when they arrived around 7:30 a.m.

Upon entering the residence, firefighters discovered the body of a woman.

The second victim was airlifted to a Boston hospital with unspecified burn injuries.

Neither victim’s identity was released and no other injuries have been reported.

The cause is under investigation.
