Nashua Man Accused of Having Sex with Juvenile

According to The Union Leader, police who responded to a Nashua residence Tuesday on what was initially described as a ‘juvenile matter’ ended up taking 23-year-old Wayne Sears III into custody on charges accusing him of ‘engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile female known to him,’ police said.

Detectives arrested Sears at the scene, the location of which wasn’t provided, and charged him with seven counts of felonious sexual assault, which are Class B felonies.

Sears was booked on the charges at police headquarters then jailed on preventive detention pending arraignment.
