No Injuries After Rudderless Sailboat Slams into Portsmouth’s Memorial Bridge
No injuries are being reported after a sailboat that had lost its rudder slammed into Portsmouth’s Memorial Bridges Saturday night.
U.S. Marine Patrol officials say two people aboard the vessel escaped injury.
The Kittery Harbor Master reportedly assisted U.S. Coast Guard personnel guide the 40-foot vessel with two people aboard back to its berth.
Officials say the bridge suffered no damage in the crash.
