Manchester Gym Owner in Custody for Alleged Sexual Assault of 15-Year-Old Girl

A local man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted an underage girl at the Manchester gym he owns.

Police say 51-year-old Terry Dow surrendered to authorities on Thursday.

Prosecutors say in May, Dow picked up an underage girl at her home and took her to the Training Station on Elm Street, where he allegedly assaulted her inside the girls’ locker room.

The girl reportedly notified police sometime later.

Officials say Dow was hit with single counts each of felonious sexual assault and simple assault.

A court date in the case is pending.
