Ayotte Endorsed for Governor by Police Union

Republican Kelly Ayotte is getting the support of the largest police union in New Hampshire in her bid for governor.

The New England Police Benevolent Association has 700 members including state, county and local law enforcement officers and support personnel.

The union’s state director said Ayotte has supported the law enforcement community throughout her career.

The former attorney general and U.S. senator faces former state Senate President Chuck Morse for the GOP nomination.
