New School Buses In Manchester

Members of the Manchester school board have voted to purchase nine new buses for the district.

The vehicles will cost a total of 500-thousand dollars and help address the ongoing bus shortage.

This vote will also create the new Manchester School District Transportation Department and allow the hiring of 46 new drivers. Right now the district only has a pool of 43 drivers available to cover routes but not all of them work full-time.
