State Officials Tout Numbers for NH’s ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ Safety Campaign
State officials are running the numbers related to New Hampshire’s ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ campaign that kicked off during the last week of August and continued through the Labor Day holiday weekend.
The state office of Highway Safety says during the period from Friday, August 23rd through Monday, September 2nd, state and local police arrested 40 people for DUI, reckless driving, drug possession and other offenses.
During the same period, officers stopped nearly 1,700 vehicles, while issuing more than 1,600 warnings and 169 summons.
