New Polls Show Ayotte Leading in Governor’s Race

With seven weeks until Election Day, a new poll is showing the race for New Hampshire governor is a tight one.

According to the Saint Anselm College Survey, Republican Kelly Ayotte has a three-point lead over Democrat Joyce Craig.

Ayotte beat former state Senate President Chuck Morse last week to earn the nomination and Craig defeated Cinde Warmington.

Whoever wins November 5th replaces current Governor Chris Sununu who isn’t seeking re-election.
