New Hampshire 9-1-1 Emergency Operators Receive Canine Support

In a brand-new program the 70 plus ‘911 Emergency Operators’ in New Hampshire will now be getting emotional support from specially trained dogs through Hero Pups of New Hampshire.

Mark Doyle, Director of the Division of Emergency Services, and Communications for NH 911, Abby Rider, NH 911 Supervisor and Comfort Dog Handler, Laura Barker, Founder of Hero Pups to talk about the program and Winni, NH 911 Comfort Dog. Click here for more info on this new initiative.

Hero Pups has provided more than 200 specially trained dogs to support Veterans and First Responders for emotional support.

The program is saving lives. Jack Heath was proud to host this amazing organization on Good Morning New Hampshire.
