Flood Watch In Effect Until Monday Evening

New Hampshire and Maine are seeing pockets of heavy rain on this Monday leading to some flood concerns. A flood watch remains in effect through this evening.

More than an inch of rain is expected in spots, and that could lead to localized flooding, especially along rivers, streams and creeks.

This is mainly due to rainfall leading to excessive runoff, snowmelt and potential ice jams.
