Shelter In Place In Dover

Authorities were on the scene of what they were calling a “police situation” in  the city of Dover early this  morning.

A shelter-in-place order was issued for people in the Polly Ann trailer park shortly after midnight. That shelter-in-place has since been lifted.

Authorities are not yet releasing details about what triggered the police situation
