Judge Ordering NH Inspections Reinstated

A federal judge is ordering the state of NH to reinstate its auto inspections as soon as possible.

The judge denied a request to pause an initial injunction that ordered the state not to suspend the program.

Despite that first ruling, inspections haven’t resumed and the state also hasn’t approved a new contract to continue the program.

For now, there’s no impact on drivers because the state is following earlier guidance that the program is suspended.
