Staff and program cuts and a 12-percent tax increase are reportedly possible as the Concord Board of Education looks for ways to deal with a 17-million-dollar budget deficit.
Officials said none of the proposed cuts have been finalized.
Another in a series of budget sessions is scheduled today at 5:30 p.m. at the school district’s central office.
A final vote is expected next week.
