Manchester Mayor Unveiled His Proposed Budget

Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais says that faced with continuing economic pressures, residents, families and businesses deserve a city government that operates within its means.

He rolled out his proposed fiscal 2027, city and school budgets last night.

Both plans total over 200-million-dollars.

However, Ruais also highlighted several cost cutting measures saying there needs to be a balance between providing services and not overspending.
