Executive Order For Next Generation Nuclear Energy

NH Governor Kelly Ayotte is directing the state Department of Energy to explore and develop next generation nuclear power.

She has issued an executive order saying she wants New Hampshire in the forefront of what she described as a “pivotal technology.”

The governor said the goal is to expand the energy supply while lowering Granite Staters’ electric bills.
