Judge Orders Dover to Continue SchoolCare Benefits for Employees

A judge has ruled the Dover School District must continue its healthcare coverage for employees through SchoolCare for now.

The district had sued SchoolCare after it tried to end its coverage by yesterday’s deadline.

The judge ruled SchoolCare must continue providing benefits for all Dover employees as long as contracted premiums for the year are paid.
