Montgomery Is Ordered To Pay Millions

A father convicted of killing his own young daughter is being ordered to pay millions of dollars.

A judge says Adam Montgomery must give the mother of five-year-old Harmony Montgomery 15-million-bucks as part of a wrongful death lawsuit.

Crystal Sorey won the case against Montgomery by default after he failed to respond to notices about the lawsuit.

Montgomery was found guilty in 2024 and is serving decades behind bars.
