No Deal Reached On Manchester Budget

Manchester leaders are running out of time to reach an agreement on a new budget for the city.

The deadline to get a deal done is coming up Tuesday, however it’s possible that deadline could be extended.

The debate is centering around several issues such as school funding, cuts to Manchester Fire Department spending and a property tax increase.

Any budget that’s approved would still have to be signed off on by Mayor Jay Ruais.
