NH News Briefs 8-3-2026

Authorities are looking for a suspect involved in a stabbing at Pawtuckaway State Park.  It happened on Saturday in the beach parking lot when two men were stabbed in their abdomens.  They were taken to a hospital for surgery and are currently in stable condition.  Nottingham police believe this was an isolated incident and the people involved knew each other.  There’s no threat to the public.  A suspect hasn’t been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
