Gov. Sununu Delivers State Of State Address; Ends Abruptly When Lawmaker Collapses
Governor Chris Sununu delivered his State of the State address highlighting the accomplishments of his administration during the pandemic.
The Governor will be a guest on Good Morning New Hampshire with Jack Heath on Friday.
He also mourned the coronavirus-related deaths of over 23-hundred Granite Staters and said science and data will dictate the state’s efforts.
The governor also focused on his administration’s paid family leave program, school choice initiatives, cutting business taxes and lowering health insurance costs.
Governor Chris Sununu was nearing the end of his speech when it stopped abruptly due to a medical emergency.
Calls for 9-1-1 were heard in the hall when Representative Ralph Boehm collapsed.
He was awake and alert when taken out of the facility in an ambulance.
