State Officials on the Case Following Recent Death of Psychiatric Patient

State officials are trying to determine what led to the recent death of a psychiatric patient.

Investigators say the New Hampshire Department of Corrections isn’t offering much information about the incident, other than to report the unidentified victim died at the Secure Psychiatric Unit in Concord.

Additional information is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and autopsy results.
