Sen. Shaheen Says Russian President Vastly Underestimated Ukrainians, Zelensky

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen told The Pulse of NH she hopes the economic sanctions and pinch on the Russian economy will make President Vladimir Putin rethink his war in Ukraine.

“It’s clear that Putin got more than he thought a united front. NATO is more united now than in decades”, Shaheen told Jack Heath.

The Senator also expressed early support for President Biden’s US Supreme Court nominee.
