Webster Man Charged in Federal Court
The Webster man accused in connection with two pipe bomb explosions in Weare made an initial appearance in federal court.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says 54-year-old Dale Stewart is charged with possessing an unregistered firearm, a destructive device, and possessing a destructive device unidentified by a serial number.
The penalty for the charges is up to ten-years in prison and a ten-thousand-dollar fine.
Stewart remains in custody on state charges.
