Home Sales Down Across NH
High interest rates are causing home sales to dramatically decrease across New Hampshire.
Last month, there were 713 single family homes sold across the state, which is down 25% from last year and 41% from two years ago.
Realtors say higher interest rates are causing residents to not sell their homes which has caused a decrease in the number of homes that are for sale.
The average home now stays on the market for only 40 days.
