Trial Delayed for Suspect in 2022 Shooting that Left Concord Couple Dead
A man accused of fatally shooting two Concord residents last year won’t go before a judge next month as originally planned.
Court officials say Logan Clegg faces murder charges after he allegedly shot and killed Stephen and Wendy Reid more than a year ago as the couple were walking along a local trail.
The postponement reportedly comes after Clegg’s defense team asked for time to allow some DNA test results to become available.
Authorities say the trial is now set to begin in October.
