DNC Extends Deadline for NH Compliance

New Hampshire’s deadline to comply with its new primary schedule has been extended to September by the Democratic National Committee.
Channel 9 reported the extension was made Friday to give Democrats more time to pass legislation to repeal the state’s first-in-the-nation primary law.
The DNC wants South Carolina to hold the first primary.
New Hampshire Democrats have said they will not comply.
