Granite Staters Work to Beat Heat After Rainy June

After 22 days of rain in June and a wet start to July, many Granite Staters flocked to the water Thursday as New Hampshire faced the start of a possible heat wave, with the thermometer hitting over 90 degrees.

Dozens of kids hit the pool while many parents settled in the shade.

Staffing can be an issue at pools and splash pads, so any given day could see restrictions, according to The Union Leader.
