NH 10th Most Expensive for Home Ownership

According to the real estate website Agent Advice, New Hampshire is the tenth most expensive state in the country to own a house.

The rankings are based on factors such as price and percentage increases between March of 2021 and March of 2023.

The typical price in New Hampshire in March of this year was over $429,000, a 22% increase from March of 2021.

Nationally, the typical price this past March was over $339,000.
