Manchester Resident Indicted for Second-Degree Murder
A 25-year-old Manchester man has been indicted for second-degree murder in the death of his seven-year-old son.
Murtadah Mohammad allegedly whipped, scalded and burned his son Jaevion in January.
He also faces two counts of first-degree assault and other charges.
