Nashua Senator Calls Republican Property Tax Relief Amendment A Political Stunt
Senator Cindy Rosenwald is accusing republicans of a political stunt for a bill they are proposing on property taxes.
The Nashua Democrat saying on Good Morning New Hampshire an amendment to HB 1211 introduced by Senator Jeb Bradley would only last one year, serving as a campaign year stopgap instead of meaning full tax reform.
“The bill lifts both the title and general policy from the late Representative Renny Cushin’s Property Tax Relief Act of 2022. A Larger conversation on property tax is needed”, Rosenwald said.
