NH Woman Accused of Child Pornography to be Released

A Hudson woman who is accused of taking explicit pictures of daycare children is expected to be released from federal custody.

38-year-old Lindsay Groves was granted a motion for pretrial release.

Conditions include living with her parents, no access to electronic devices, and no contact with children.

Groves is accused of taking nude pictures of young children while she worked at Creative Minds daycare in Massachusetts.

A hearing is set for this Friday.
