Merrimack Man Accused of Indecent Exposure

A 24-year-old Merrimack man is accused of exposing himself several times at local parks.

Devin Hardy was arrested Friday on charges of indecent exposure and lewdness.

Police say he exposed himself to people at Wildcat falls on August 7th.

They linked him to similar complaints over the past several months.

Hardy has been released on $5,000 bail and is due back in court in September.
