Commission Being Formed to Look into Legalizing Marijuana in NH
A new commission is being formed to look into legalizing the sale of marijuana in New Hampshire.
The panel will investigate how feasible it would be for the state to control things like distribution and marketing of weed.
Right now, anyone who is caught with a small amount of marijuana receives a citation and might have to pay a fine of $100.
Governor Sununu has already said he would support a state-sales model.
