Nashua Teen Stopped For Speeding With Unrestrained Baby In Backseat
(Hollis, NH) — An 18-year-old Nashua woman is facing charges following her arrest on Saturday afternoon.
Police say Alyiah Brown was stopped for speeding in Hollis.
The officer found an unrestrained six-month-old child in the backseat in violation of state law.
Charges include endangering the welfare of a minor, operating without a valid license and speeding.
Police reminded the public under New Hampshire law, all passengers under the age of 18 are required to be properly restrained while traveling in a vehicle.
Brown was released on personal recognizance.
